Preet is a founder and data strategist with a passion for turning messy data into clear commercial growth. After spending a decade scaling Indago Digital to a successful acquisition, he now leads Hard Refresh to help companies fix their data stack. He is also actively involved in the ANZ start up ecosystem, advising and investing in cool ideas and founders. In his free time, he can be found levelling up in video games, art and squash.

Chris is a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and user experience. He believes that great products are built by understanding the core needs of the user and iterating relentlessly. With a background in software development and product management, Chris ensures that every feature we ship is polished, performant, and purposeful.

Luke has worked with clients of all shapes and sizes, designing and running digital growth strategies across multiple industries. He strongly believes in being channel-agnostic and cutting through the hype of the big platforms, knowing that every situation requires a careful balance of best-practice, creative planning, and a bit of bespoke tweaking and tinkering.
